pcap-dnsproxy on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "pcap-dnsproxy" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install pcap-dnsproxy on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S pcap-dnsproxy

* (Optional) Uninstall pcap-dnsproxy on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns pcap-dnsproxy

2. Manually Install "pcap-dnsproxy" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone pcap-dnsproxy's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/pcap-dnsproxy.git ~/pcap-dnsproxy

c. Go to ~/pcap-dnsproxy folder and install it

$ cd ~/pcap-dnsproxy $ makepkg -si
