1. Install "perl-datetime-format-oracle" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install perl-datetime-format-oracle on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S perl-datetime-format-oracle

* (Optional) Uninstall perl-datetime-format-oracle on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns perl-datetime-format-oracle

2. Manually Install "perl-datetime-format-oracle" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone perl-datetime-format-oracle's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/perl-datetime-format-oracle.git ~/perl-datetime-format-oracle

c. Go to ~/perl-datetime-format-oracle folder and install it

$ cd ~/perl-datetime-format-oracle $ makepkg -si
