perl-io-interface on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "perl-io-interface" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install perl-io-interface on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S perl-io-interface

* (Optional) Uninstall perl-io-interface on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns perl-io-interface

2. Manually Install "perl-io-interface" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone perl-io-interface's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/perl-io-interface.git ~/perl-io-interface

c. Go to ~/perl-io-interface folder and install it

$ cd ~/perl-io-interface $ makepkg -si
