php72-firebird on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "php72-firebird" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install php72-firebird on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S php72-firebird

* (Optional) Uninstall php72-firebird on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns php72-firebird

2. Manually Install "php72-firebird" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone php72-firebird's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/php72-firebird.git ~/php72-firebird

c. Go to ~/php72-firebird folder and install it

$ cd ~/php72-firebird $ makepkg -si
