phyml-beagle on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "phyml-beagle" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install phyml-beagle on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S phyml-beagle

* (Optional) Uninstall phyml-beagle on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns phyml-beagle

2. Manually Install "phyml-beagle" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone phyml-beagle's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/phyml-beagle.git ~/phyml-beagle

c. Go to ~/phyml-beagle folder and install it

$ cd ~/phyml-beagle $ makepkg -si
