postgis-old-upgrade on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "postgis-old-upgrade" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install postgis-old-upgrade on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S postgis-old-upgrade

* (Optional) Uninstall postgis-old-upgrade on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns postgis-old-upgrade

2. Manually Install "postgis-old-upgrade" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone postgis-old-upgrade's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/postgis-old-upgrade.git ~/postgis-old-upgrade

c. Go to ~/postgis-old-upgrade folder and install it

$ cd ~/postgis-old-upgrade $ makepkg -si
