b. Install psp-libogg on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall psp-libogg on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "psp-libogg" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone psp-libogg's git locally
