python2-pixmappy on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "python2-pixmappy" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install python2-pixmappy on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S python2-pixmappy

* (Optional) Uninstall python2-pixmappy on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns python2-pixmappy

2. Manually Install "python2-pixmappy" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone python2-pixmappy's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/python2-pixmappy.git ~/python2-pixmappy

c. Go to ~/python2-pixmappy folder and install it

$ cd ~/python2-pixmappy $ makepkg -si
