a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

b. Install qemacs-cvs on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall qemacs-cvs on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "qemacs-cvs" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                sudo pacman -S --needed
            
                        
                base-devel git

b. Clone qemacs-cvs's git locally
