r-annotationfilter on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "r-annotationfilter" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install r-annotationfilter on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S r-annotationfilter

* (Optional) Uninstall r-annotationfilter on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns r-annotationfilter

2. Manually Install "r-annotationfilter" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone r-annotationfilter's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/r-annotationfilter.git ~/r-annotationfilter

c. Go to ~/r-annotationfilter folder and install it

$ cd ~/r-annotationfilter $ makepkg -si
