r-matrixeqtl on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "r-matrixeqtl" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install r-matrixeqtl on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S r-matrixeqtl

* (Optional) Uninstall r-matrixeqtl on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns r-matrixeqtl

2. Manually Install "r-matrixeqtl" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone r-matrixeqtl's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/r-matrixeqtl.git ~/r-matrixeqtl

c. Go to ~/r-matrixeqtl folder and install it

$ cd ~/r-matrixeqtl $ makepkg -si
