r-omnipathr on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "r-omnipathr" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install r-omnipathr on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S r-omnipathr

* (Optional) Uninstall r-omnipathr on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns r-omnipathr

2. Manually Install "r-omnipathr" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone r-omnipathr's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/r-omnipathr.git ~/r-omnipathr

c. Go to ~/r-omnipathr folder and install it

$ cd ~/r-omnipathr $ makepkg -si
