r-rnasense on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "r-rnasense" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install r-rnasense on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S r-rnasense

* (Optional) Uninstall r-rnasense on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns r-rnasense

2. Manually Install "r-rnasense" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone r-rnasense's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/r-rnasense.git ~/r-rnasense

c. Go to ~/r-rnasense folder and install it

$ cd ~/r-rnasense $ makepkg -si
