r-splinter on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "r-splinter" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install r-splinter on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S r-splinter

* (Optional) Uninstall r-splinter on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns r-splinter

2. Manually Install "r-splinter" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone r-splinter's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/r-splinter.git ~/r-splinter

c. Go to ~/r-splinter folder and install it

$ cd ~/r-splinter $ makepkg -si
