* (Optional) Uninstall ros-melodic-joint-state-publisher-gui on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "ros-melodic-joint-state-publisher-gui" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone ros-melodic-joint-state-publisher-gui's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/ros-melodic-joint-state-publisher-gui.git ~/ros-melodic-joint-state-publisher-gui

c. Go to ~/ros-melodic-joint-state-publisher-gui folder and install it
