a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install ros-noetic-clear-costmap-recovery on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S ros-noetic-clear-costmap-recovery

* (Optional) Uninstall ros-noetic-clear-costmap-recovery on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns ros-noetic-clear-costmap-recovery

2. Manually Install "ros-noetic-clear-costmap-recovery" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone ros-noetic-clear-costmap-recovery's git locally
