a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

* (Optional) Uninstall ros-noetic-combined-robot-hw on Arch using YAY

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

c. Go to ~/ros-noetic-combined-robot-hw folder and install it
