ros2-humble-pcl-msgs on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "ros2-humble-pcl-msgs" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install ros2-humble-pcl-msgs on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S ros2-humble-pcl-msgs

* (Optional) Uninstall ros2-humble-pcl-msgs on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns ros2-humble-pcl-msgs

2. Manually Install "ros2-humble-pcl-msgs" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone ros2-humble-pcl-msgs's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/ros2-humble-pcl-msgs.git ~/ros2-humble-pcl-msgs

c. Go to ~/ros2-humble-pcl-msgs folder and install it

$ cd ~/ros2-humble-pcl-msgs $ makepkg -si
