ruby-rmonitor on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "ruby-rmonitor" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install ruby-rmonitor on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S ruby-rmonitor

* (Optional) Uninstall ruby-rmonitor on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns ruby-rmonitor

2. Manually Install "ruby-rmonitor" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone ruby-rmonitor's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/ruby-rmonitor.git ~/ruby-rmonitor

c. Go to ~/ruby-rmonitor folder and install it

$ cd ~/ruby-rmonitor $ makepkg -si
