sdate on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "sdate" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install sdate on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S sdate

* (Optional) Uninstall sdate on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns sdate

2. Manually Install "sdate" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone sdate's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/sdate.git ~/sdate

c. Go to ~/sdate folder and install it

$ cd ~/sdate $ makepkg -si
