shgreeter on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "shgreeter" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install shgreeter on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S shgreeter

* (Optional) Uninstall shgreeter on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns shgreeter

2. Manually Install "shgreeter" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone shgreeter's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/shgreeter.git ~/shgreeter

c. Go to ~/shgreeter folder and install it

$ cd ~/shgreeter $ makepkg -si
