siril on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "siril" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install siril on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S siril

* (Optional) Uninstall siril on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns siril

2. Manually Install "siril" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone siril's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/siril.git ~/siril

c. Go to ~/siril folder and install it

$ cd ~/siril $ makepkg -si
