smartversion on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "smartversion" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install smartversion on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S smartversion

* (Optional) Uninstall smartversion on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns smartversion

2. Manually Install "smartversion" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone smartversion's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/smartversion.git ~/smartversion

c. Go to ~/smartversion folder and install it

$ cd ~/smartversion $ makepkg -si
