smdev-cdrom on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "smdev-cdrom" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install smdev-cdrom on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S smdev-cdrom

* (Optional) Uninstall smdev-cdrom on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns smdev-cdrom

2. Manually Install "smdev-cdrom" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone smdev-cdrom's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/smdev-cdrom.git ~/smdev-cdrom

c. Go to ~/smdev-cdrom folder and install it

$ cd ~/smdev-cdrom $ makepkg -si
