ssg5 on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "ssg5" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)


    
        
            $
        

        
            
                sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Install ssg5 on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall ssg5 on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "ssg5" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:


    
        
            $
        

        
            
                sudo pacman -S --needed
            
                        
                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone ssg5's git locally


    
        
            $
        

        
            
                git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/ssg5.git 
            
                        
                ~/ssg5
            
                    
    
    Copied

c. Go to ~/ssg5 folder and install it


   
    
        
            $
        

        
            
                cd
            
                        
                ~/ssg5
