a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

b. Install stan-bin on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall stan-bin on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "stan-bin" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone stan-bin's git locally
