stepsync.app on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "stepsync.app" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install stepsync.app on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S stepsync.app

* (Optional) Uninstall stepsync.app on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns stepsync.app

2. Manually Install "stepsync.app" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone stepsync.app's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/stepsync.app.git ~/stepsync.app

c. Go to ~/stepsync.app folder and install it

$ cd ~/stepsync.app $ makepkg -si
