supermicro-update-manager on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "supermicro-update-manager" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install supermicro-update-manager on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S supermicro-update-manager

* (Optional) Uninstall supermicro-update-manager on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns supermicro-update-manager

2. Manually Install "supermicro-update-manager" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone supermicro-update-manager's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/supermicro-update-manager.git ~/supermicro-update-manager

c. Go to ~/supermicro-update-manager folder and install it

$ cd ~/supermicro-update-manager $ makepkg -si
