systemc-ams on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "systemc-ams" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install systemc-ams on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S systemc-ams

* (Optional) Uninstall systemc-ams on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns systemc-ams

2. Manually Install "systemc-ams" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone systemc-ams's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/systemc-ams.git ~/systemc-ams

c. Go to ~/systemc-ams folder and install it

$ cd ~/systemc-ams $ makepkg -si
