b. Install tee-clc on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall tee-clc on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "tee-clc" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone tee-clc's git locally
