1. Install "touchtyper" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)
a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)
$
sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si
Copied
b. Install touchtyper on Arch using YAY
$
yay -S
touchtyper
Copied
* (Optional) Uninstall touchtyper on Arch using YAY
$
yay -Rns
touchtyper
Copied
2. Manually Install "touchtyper" via AUR
a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:
$
sudo pacman -S --needed
base-devel git

b. Clone touchtyper's git locally
$
git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/touchtyper.git
~/touchtyper
Copied
c. Go to ~/touchtyper folder and install it
$
cd
~/touchtyper

$
makepkg -si
