waydroid on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "waydroid" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install waydroid on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S waydroid

* (Optional) Uninstall waydroid on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns waydroid

2. Manually Install "waydroid" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone waydroid's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/waydroid.git ~/waydroid

c. Go to ~/waydroid folder and install it

$ cd ~/waydroid $ makepkg -si
