b. Install wxgtk3-dev on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall wxgtk3-dev on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "wxgtk3-dev" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                sudo pacman -S --needed
            
                        
                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone wxgtk3-dev's git locally
