1. Install "xfce4-panel-borderfix" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install xfce4-panel-borderfix on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S xfce4-panel-borderfix

* (Optional) Uninstall xfce4-panel-borderfix on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns xfce4-panel-borderfix

2. Manually Install "xfce4-panel-borderfix" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone xfce4-panel-borderfix's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/xfce4-panel-borderfix.git ~/xfce4-panel-borderfix

c. Go to ~/xfce4-panel-borderfix folder and install it

$ cd ~/xfce4-panel-borderfix $ makepkg -si
