b. Install xhtml-docs on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall xhtml-docs on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "xhtml-docs" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                sudo pacman -S --needed
            
                        
                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone xhtml-docs's git locally

                git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/xhtml-docs.git
