How to Install and Uninstall R.x86_64 Package on CentOS 8 / RHEL 8

1. Install "R.x86_64" package

This is a short guide on how to install R.x86_64 on CentOS 8 / RHEL 8

$ sudo dnf update $ sudo dnf install R.x86_64

2. Uninstall "R.x86_64" package

Please follow the guidelines below to uninstall R.x86_64 on CentOS 8 / RHEL 8:

$ sudo dnf remove R.x86_64 $ sudo dnf autoremove
