(\ifstrnum, \ifuppercase, \DeclareStringFilter...); Purely
expandable macros with options (\FE@testopt, \FE@ifstar) or
modifiers (\FE@modifiers); Some purely expandable numerics
(\interval, \locinterplin). The package is dependent on the
etex and the etoolbox packages.
