Description-en: Perl extension for converting Pod to old-style Pod
Pod::Plainer uses Pod::Parser which takes Pod with the (new) 'C<< .. >>'
constructs and returns the old(er) style with just 'C<>'; '<' and '>' are
replaced by 'E' and 'E'.
