b. Install ice-dev on Arch using YAY

* (Optional) Uninstall ice-dev on Arch using YAY

2. Manually Install "ice-dev" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

                base-devel git
            
                    
    
    Copied

b. Clone ice-dev's git locally

                git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/ice-dev.git
