mingw-w64-recode on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "mingw-w64-recode" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install mingw-w64-recode on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S mingw-w64-recode

* (Optional) Uninstall mingw-w64-recode on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns mingw-w64-recode

2. Manually Install "mingw-w64-recode" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone mingw-w64-recode's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/mingw-w64-recode.git ~/mingw-w64-recode

c. Go to ~/mingw-w64-recode folder and install it

$ cd ~/mingw-w64-recode $ makepkg -si
