perl-unicode-map8 on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "perl-unicode-map8" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install perl-unicode-map8 on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S perl-unicode-map8

* (Optional) Uninstall perl-unicode-map8 on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns perl-unicode-map8

2. Manually Install "perl-unicode-map8" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone perl-unicode-map8's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/perl-unicode-map8.git ~/perl-unicode-map8

c. Go to ~/perl-unicode-map8 folder and install it

$ cd ~/perl-unicode-map8 $ makepkg -si
