r-translatome on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "r-translatome" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install r-translatome on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S r-translatome

* (Optional) Uninstall r-translatome on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns r-translatome

2. Manually Install "r-translatome" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone r-translatome's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/r-translatome.git ~/r-translatome

c. Go to ~/r-translatome folder and install it

$ cd ~/r-translatome $ makepkg -si
