yum-metadata-parser on AUR (Arch User Repository)

1. Install "yum-metadata-parser" effortlessly via AUR with the help of a helper(YAY)

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)

$ sudo pacman -S --needed git base-devel && git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git && cd yay && makepkg -si

b. Install yum-metadata-parser on Arch using YAY

$ yay -S yum-metadata-parser

* (Optional) Uninstall yum-metadata-parser on Arch using YAY

$ yay -Rns yum-metadata-parser

2. Manually Install "yum-metadata-parser" via AUR

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:

$ sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone yum-metadata-parser's git locally

$ git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yum-metadata-parser.git ~/yum-metadata-parser

c. Go to ~/yum-metadata-parser folder and install it

$ cd ~/yum-metadata-parser $ makepkg -si
