acme-edit-git on AUR( Arch User Repository.)

1. Install acme-edit-git via UAR with a Helper - YAY

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)


         pacman -S --needed git base-devel 

         git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git 

         cd yay 

         makepkg -si

b. Install acme-edit-git on Arch using YAY


         yay -S acme-edit-git

c. Remove acme-edit-git on Arch using YAY


         yay -Rns acme-edit-git

2. Install acme-edit-git via UAR manually

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:


         sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone acme-edit-git's git locally


         git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/acme-edit-git.git ~/acme-edit-git

c. Go to ~/acme-edit-git folder and install it


      cd ~/acme-edit-git 

      makepkg -si
