brother-mfc-440cn on AUR( Arch User Repository.)

1. Install brother-mfc-440cn via UAR with a Helper - YAY

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)


         pacman -S --needed git base-devel 

         git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git 

         cd yay 

         makepkg -si

b. Install brother-mfc-440cn on Arch using YAY


         yay -S brother-mfc-440cn

c. Remove brother-mfc-440cn on Arch using YAY


         yay -Rns brother-mfc-440cn

2. Install brother-mfc-440cn via UAR manually

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:


         sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone brother-mfc-440cn's git locally


         git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/brother-mfc-440cn.git ~/brother-mfc-440cn

c. Go to ~/brother-mfc-440cn folder and install it


      cd ~/brother-mfc-440cn 

      makepkg -si
