olympus-bin on AUR( Arch User Repository.)

1. Install olympus-bin via UAR with a Helper - YAY

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)


         pacman -S --needed git base-devel 

         git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git 

         cd yay 

         makepkg -si

b. Install olympus-bin on Arch using YAY


         yay -S olympus-bin

c. Remove olympus-bin on Arch using YAY


         yay -Rns olympus-bin

2. Install olympus-bin via UAR manually

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:


         sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone olympus-bin's git locally


         git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/olympus-bin.git ~/olympus-bin

c. Go to ~/olympus-bin folder and install it


      cd ~/olympus-bin 

      makepkg -si
