perl-devel-refcount on AUR( Arch User Repository.)

1. Install perl-devel-refcount via UAR with a Helper - YAY

a. Install YAY (https://github.com/Jguer/yay)


         pacman -S --needed git base-devel 

         git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/yay.git 

         cd yay 

         makepkg -si

b. Install perl-devel-refcount on Arch using YAY


         yay -S perl-devel-refcount

c. Remove perl-devel-refcount on Arch using YAY


         yay -Rns perl-devel-refcount

2. Install perl-devel-refcount via UAR manually

a. Ensure you have the base development tools and git installed with:


         sudo pacman -S --needed base-devel git

b. Clone perl-devel-refcount's git locally


         git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/perl-devel-refcount.git ~/perl-devel-refcount

c. Go to ~/perl-devel-refcount folder and install it


      cd ~/perl-devel-refcount 

      makepkg -si
