1. Install "khmer" package

This tutorial shows how to install khmer on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver)

$ sudo apt update $ sudo apt install khmer

2. Uninstall "khmer" package

Please follow the steps below to uninstall khmer on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (Bionic Beaver):

$ sudo apt remove khmer $ sudo apt autoclean && sudo apt autoremove
