1. Install "rosidl-tools" package

This tutorial shows how to install rosidl-tools on Ubuntu 22.10 (Kinetic Kudu)

$ sudo apt update $ sudo apt install rosidl-tools

2. Uninstall "rosidl-tools" package

Please follow the instructions below to uninstall rosidl-tools on Ubuntu 22.10 (Kinetic Kudu):

$ sudo apt remove rosidl-tools $ sudo apt autoclean && sudo apt autoremove
